Job Summary:
The Trainer – Front Office & Guest Service Associate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to candidates in hospitality front office operations and guest service skills. The role focuses on enhancing employability by developing technical knowledge, communication skills, grooming standards, and customer handling abilities aligned with industry requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver classroom and practical training on:
- Front office operations (check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, billing)
- Guest handling and customer service etiquette
- Telephone and email communication
- Grooming and professional behavior
- Hospitality standards and protocols
- Develop and implement training plans, lesson modules, and assessment tools
- Conduct soft skills and personality development sessions
- Monitor trainee progress and provide regular feedback
- Conduct mock interviews and prepare candidates for placements
- Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports
- Ensure training delivery aligns with industry standards and project guidelines
- Coordinate with placement teams for candidate readiness and job mapping
- Organize practical sessions, role plays, and on-the-job training exposure

Educational Qualification:
- Graduate in Hospitality / Hotel Management / Tourism
- Certification in Front Office Operations or Guest Service (preferred)
Experience:
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in hospitality industry (Front Office / Guest Relations)
- Prior experience in training or teaching will be an added advantage
