Job Summary:
The Trainer – Food & Beverage Service Associate is responsible for delivering training on food and beverage service operations, ensuring candidates are equipped with industry-relevant skills, service etiquette, and customer handling abilities. The role focuses on enhancing employability in hospitality sectors such as hotels, restaurants, and catering services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver training on:
- Basics of Food & Beverage service
- Types of service (table service, buffet, room service, etc.)
- Restaurant setup, table laying, and service sequence
- Order taking and billing procedures
- Guest interaction and service etiquette
- Hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards
- Handling complaints and customer satisfaction
- Conduct practical demonstrations and role plays
- Train candidates on grooming standards and professional behavior
- Develop lesson plans, training modules, and assessment tools
- Monitor trainee performance and provide regular feedback
- Conduct assessments, mock interviews, and placement readiness sessions
- Maintain training records, attendance, and reports
- Coordinate with placement teams for job opportunities
- Ensure adherence to project guidelines and industry standards

Educational Qualification:
- Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality / Food & Beverage Service
- Certification in Food Safety (preferred)
Experience:
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in F&B Service (Hotels/Restaurants/Catering)
- Prior training or teaching experience is an added advantage
