Job Summary:

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and securing CSR funding opportunities, building strategic partnerships with corporates, and supporting the growth of the organizations social impact initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads for CSR partnerships and funding opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and stakeholders
  • Research potential donors, CSR policies, and funding trends
  • Prepare high-quality proposals, concept notes, presentations, and reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams for project design, budgeting, and execution
  • Schedule and participate in meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with clients
  • Track and manage the pipeline of prospective and existing partners
  • Ensure timely documentation, reporting, and compliance for CSR projects
  • Support in achieving organizational fundraising and partnership targets

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in MSW
  • 1–3 years of experience in Business Development / CSR / NGO sector preferred
  • Female candidates preferred (as per organizational requirement)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools
